Hey all, i could use some help.
I have a picture, but i want to turn it into like what marc did on the BAIC shirt design thing. I have a pic that i want to use, but i want it to kind of look like a cartoon. Esentially, i want to make a shirt for someone, and i have the actual wide angle picture, but i want it cartoon style, like our BAIC shirts haha.

Can anyone help me? all i have is PS, no illustrator.

I'm a noob with this SW, but try this:

Go to the toolbar titled "Filter", and play around with some of them.

Also, when you're in the filter window, it usually allows you to preview the filter, and lets you preview different levels of the filter to.
