Photoshop/Illustrator people, I need your help!
Here we have a picture of our cat, Bambus on the day we rescued her from a field where she was wet (raining), cold, starving to death, and just a tiny bit over a month old. This is after we fed her and cleaned her up... She's now almost two years old and super healthy and well mannered. She was lucky but we were even luckier to have her in our lives.

Anyway, on to the project. I want to turn this photo into a reductive drawing, like the BAM 9 t-shirt design, how the cars originally started out as regular cars, then were drawn into the designs that they are now. It's really hard to describe, so I'll show you instead:
Here's the BAM 9 shirt design. I'd love to have the picture of the kitty turned into something like this shirt (it's called a reductive drawing).

Basically taking the cat's original style and turning into the style seen on the shirt with the cars.
My wife and I will be VERY greatful to anyone that can accomplish this because we'd really love to have stickers of her so we can promote an animal rescue and use her design for our own husband and wife team.

isnt your wife into the whole art thing and photoshop stuff? I would imagine she would be the best to do this since she knows her cat and seen it during its aging process.

1. She's so busy that I hardly get to spend time with her right now due to crunch time.
2. I sort of wanted to do this as a surprise for her since she's been working so hard. She'd appreciate something like this so much!
I thought I could find someone here who would be willing to do it for fun since I know we have great artists here who always do stuff for fun... If I don't get any bites I'll have to think of something else.
hehe, you could always lay a sheet of wax paper over it and trace it with crayon.
Scan that in, get the lines, and voila! done!
And you get the really cool crayon texture, which adds to cuteness.
And I'm sure your wife will appreciate the wax sheet drawing
