Did he give you fix it tickets or a ref ticket?
If it's just fix it tickets you can have any cop sign it off. They have db testing stations too. If he said it passed then just go get it tested and get the certificate. Give that to a cop and have them sign it off. Keep that cert in your car to show any officer that pulls you over again.
Get the plate swapped and get the stock intake box in again. Or get a CARB sticker if it's available for that part.
What is your citation number?

Well it seems like i got two tickets? or at least i have two sheets of paper. One has the sticker on it (Section 43012 California Health & Safety code)which says State referee, cert. required NO OFFICER SIGN OFF. So im assuming my uncle cant sign off on it. And the other ticket is a continuation for not having my registration. Idk what the citation number is, unless its that 43012 number. The only other number on there is 90294.

And btw, my intake DOES have a carb sticker on it. I just forgot that it was on there, and i guess the cop was too lazy to look for it. thanks for reminding me mark.
Well that depends on the cops. It really all depends. There are tons and tons of "What If" things out there. The cop may be a dick and just want to pull someone over. Or they may ignore it. If you drive fine and your car isn't annoying type of loud, isn't slammed, riced out, big wing, playing loud rap, then it's a very small chance you'll get pulled over. Just the speed limit, and try to stay away from cops while driving. If you see one about to follow you or something, simply get out of your way and turn away from him or go into a parking lot to get rid of the risk involved of him tailgating you.

Sounds like you gotta go to the ref. I'd advise taking EVERYTHING off that is not stock just to be safe. Borrow parts if you need to. I have a stock cat back in my shed. People have stuff laying around.
As for the intake. If the carb sticker is on there you should be able to leave it and still pass but it's your call on taking it off or leaving it.

Idiot for leaving it on and going to the ref with no carb sticker. Had to know he'd fail.
Usually they give you another go at it though... just have to pay the fee again. But maybe that's changed since I had to go.
sucks for your buddy.
