Well the last stage is barely a part of the race in the tour...but yeah, it is a little weird. Next year will probably be the most interesting tour in years, but no Americans will watch it hahaha.

cycling "etiquette" in europe is just a diff way of thinking.
imagine, if the leader crashes during a race or gets a flat tire, eveyone kinda waits...
but the last time where the last day of the TDF actually decided the winner, that i could remember was greg lemond's win over that french dude.
the last day lemond won by like 8 seconds on the individual time trial.
lemond was all aero and stuff, meanwhile, the frenchie didnt believe that and ended up losing by 8 secs...
It was def. cool to see him finish and get his seventh win Sunday morning! Glad that I didn't have to watch the rerun...hehe but this boy has much props...yeah and he's for the USA team...and the Subaru sponsorship...love it...hehe
hahaha, lance will still be getting enough $ for the sponsorships. talk about a great way to end a career!
i like his mention of his favorite athletes: gretzky, agassi, jordan, and tiger woods.
