So I'm now realizing you meant the Turbo heat shield. I was actually thinking of taking the head shield from the stock DP and fitting it over an aftermarket one. If it can be done I can't imagine even the techs would be able to notice. Not sure if you'd be able to get it to fit without hacking it to pieces though.

My OEM inlet just **** the bed last night so I ordered the black Perrin inlet as a replacement. I think my car is so far from stock that there will be no chance I pass once I get out there, so might as well keep on modding! I'll have to figure something out once I'm ready to register my car in Cali.
