Clutch replacement
I have friend on a tight budget needs to know where he can get a clutch done in bay area at a reasonable price. Just needs a regular clutch for a DD sti with 89000 miles on it. Please pm me the pricing if you know anyone.
yeah don't recommend trying to save 50-150 bucks on a clutch job....................get a loan from somebody for a 100 bucks and get it done right. People who want to cheap out on labor always blow my mind.

If he can't afford to get it done right, there's no point in trying to get it done cheaper just to have to re-do it later. It will end up costing a lot more in the end if the job is done improperly.

Clutch is one of those things that you want done right the first time, tell your friend to find the cash to have it done right. And please make sure he gets a decent clutch like Exedy or ACT and not some Ebay special or CCI kit.

Yeah a shop quoted me 950.00 dollars for cci kit installed. I found a place that seems to do decent work for exedy stage 1 installed for 975.00. Thanks guys.
