Clutch?
Sup guys, it's almost time for me to replace my clutch. What is the best kind to get next to OEM if not OEM? No racing/hard drving for me, just a good clutch for daily driving.
I would go with another stocker - cheap and works great. Additional clamping force can be fun but also a pain for daily driving. My buddy had a gnarly aftermarket one on his STi (can't recall the brand) and while it was amazing shifting and down shifting, banging gears, it was overkill for anything else. Stop and go traffic? Not fun

I'll suggest Superior Clutch in San Jose
Robin makes a really like Kevlar/Organic clutch that works great in a daily driver.
I have one in my 2002 WRX and really liked it

I'm really happy with my OEM Exedy cluctch. Check out TD Garage in Walnut Creek. He has a really good price for the OEM Exedy clutch plus install. Tell him I sent you
