No CHP during mid-day... i dont know why you'd pull over when you dont know who lit up. Whether you give yourself in or not. Just slow your pace down and hope he rolls after someone else. Never eye'ed a chipper hittin me with a gun and pulled over.

That sounds too 65mph auto-ticket. (which I'm surprised hasn't been created yet.)

I meant I moved over from the #1/fast lane. Slowed down as soon as I noticed him. And kept changing lanes over as he lit me up.

Not that I pulled over to the side of the road.

isn't that for when we set the clocks back though? the new found darkness somehow makes them not know how to drive.

How come they aren't enforcing the cell phone law? I keep seeing morons yapping on their cell phones going -10mph the flow of traffic, changing lanes randomly, and generally being danger to the rest of the people on the road. And more and more people are going back to doing because apparently cops aren't enforcing it.

Perhaps it's similar to how cops don't really pull people over who tail gate. They probably treat it as a weak reason for their time. Who knows, but I agree with you. I do see a lot of fools driving talking on the cell phone not paying attention to the road.
