Honestly, I think you should get those black Toyo Roki? Subaru OEM oil filters since now the USA is stuck with the "crappy" blue Honeywell Subaru OEM oil filters.

(BTW, I use the blue Subaru OEM oil filters anyways)

And if you get 'em in bulk, you can sell some of them to us

I like the WIX filters since they're much larger and are great all around quality too

when i was there this summer there were sooo many chinese tourists groups tehre taking advantage of the exhange rate in favor of chinese money

I've heard good things about Wix filters. However, I've also heard that Purolator is the only manufacturer (besides the OEM spec oil filter) that makes their oil filters with the Subaru-spec valve. Not sure if the Wix does too...

I was thinkin of all the things I bought when I was in japan last time, and the off the topof my head, cigarettes are cheaper there haha, got a carton of mild sevens for 2000yen at the airport ha

I guess parts for the GC are just cheaper compared to newer models, because I have seen a lot of stuff for a lot less over there for my car.
