I have heard good things about PCM for less... but have never used them.
I would suggest Doug Rippie Motorsports for the PCM programming

DRM is a bit behind the times on LT1 stuff (to the point it really isn't a point of emphasis for them)......both Bryan Herter and Ed Wright (Fastchip) are far deeper into the LT1 PCM than DRM by now
