As long as you're not whoring out the account for other people to log in and you're just having people send you VIN #'s for you to look up yourself, you're fine. They just get pissy when the different IP addresses logged into the account come in bunches.

It is interesting to note on mine that is states "NO FRAME DAMAGE". I was driving this car last year when it hit a cow. The repair estimate included SEVEN HOURS labour to "fix" the A-pillar.
Don't trust CarFax completely. ALWAYS get an independent diagnostic done on any used vehicle you are thinking of buying.
