car alarm help?

what alarm system should i get for my subby? I'm not trying to spend a lot of money on it and i was just thinking about getting a standard alarm for it. not really sure what to get?

it is very nice and convenient. Also, the newer ones have an iphone app so you can warm up your car even if you are out of range with your remote

valet hit my remote start and my car was ghost riding itself ran into a jeep and literally lifted the jeep off the ground i was like WTF!?

there is a feature that can be installed that disables remote start if the car is in gear and the newer ones do that from the get go.

I love my Compustar and it will do remote start on a manual with built in protection.

an alarm is only as good as its install... not gonna stop someone from trying to steal ur ride, but definately will slow a would be thief down. in certain areas I use a club and auto lock in addition to my alarm. a thief wants to be in and out as quick as possible.

remote start alarms n two way alarms still utilize the same security features as a basic alarm, which is flashing lights, ign kill, horn, door pin, maybe trunk and hood pin, but just have more bells and whistles

clifford, viper, avital, and i think python= all directed electronics...



if someone wants ur car they'll get it. tow truck; no one really questions tow truck drivers. or they can always car jack you...
