This was unacceptable to me. I immediately took them off and trashed the holders. If I wasn't so busy that day, I would have chucked it back at the service department.

To Capitol Subaru peeps - Don't put your advertising **** on my car! I don't do free advertising for any car dealers.

That's courteous for them to ask you first.

Companies pay for billboard or ad space on the sides of buses. Why should I carry their ad for free on my car?

They did the same thing to me. I thought my visit was an isolated event. Although I felt I was treated well, I don't feel they should do free advertising. Now, if they gave me free oil changes for life, that would be another story .

Angry Lifetime Warantcrap

All I can say is that there Lifetime Warranty is ****. It is extremely easy to void, and is pretty bogus. The stipulations are ridiculous as well. Santa Cruz Subaru is overall better from personal experience.

-1 to their sales dept. Dave in internet sales is a nice guy, but his boss Ron is a typical slimy car salesman.

If you want to deal with honest people and don't mind a drive, I highly recommend South Coast Subaru in Costa Mesa. Plus, they have a performance shop in the same building. Can't beat that.

I second your motion spoolin. Ron is a typical slimeball. Service department treats you like you know nothing, and only they hold the answers. There are better dealerships, ig Santa Cruz, Cosa Mesa.
AGAIN - BUYERS BEWARE

BTW The car that I bought from them had a faulty turbo, they didn't even check it out before selling it to me. Makes me feel real unsafe.
