Cantonese speakers: need name of certain chinese dish

Basically its Beef Brisket Noodle soup with beef tendon. When i go to places i know have it but have those mostly chinese menus, some of the servers give me a clueless look if i try to describe it in english. Can anyone help a non-canto speaking brotha out?

or... just look for this on the menu... 牛肉(牛筋)麵 in parenthesis is the tendon part... usually it's not on the menu...
