Basically its Beef Brisket Noodle soup with beef tendon. When i go to places i know have it but have those mostly chinese menus, some of the servers give me a clueless look if i try to describe it in english. Can anyone help a non-canto speaking brotha out?

Dude.. just ask for the Beef Stew noodle soup. That's what it is in most Cantonese rest. When I was in HK in January... it was like that.
and yeah... SALTY is a dumbass... man, if you're gonna make fun of us, you gotta at least get it right. You just move here from Sacramento or something? Pittsburg/Baypoint?
