get rid of at&t and go with sprint pcs. they have a new ready link phone kinda likea nextel phone but with a camera and you can record 15 sec or video and send it.

Pointless factoid: you don't need SS# to open an account with Sprint -- that's why ALL the Japanese folks at school have Sprint phones (it's funny how they rag on the phones themselves but can't live w/o them haha).
