Calling all Street Racers... this is the Craigslist add for you
Lighter = faster to rev, also meant you could run more cam and keep it running with a lope.

I'm tempted to call him and ask him how cheap is cheap.
Even in a Honda, you're removing the transmission (to remove the flywheel), dropping the pan, taking apart the entire front end of the motor, just to remove the crank. Knife edge the crank, then re-install. Not something that he's going to do for a few hundred bucks.
I guess this guy didn't factor in the rest of the drivetrain which would have to be built in order to rev up to 10k rpm - titanium valve springs, keepers, etc.

^No joke, I had a 1990 Civic Si, the block was pretty well built (I was hoping to get a Jackson Racing supercharger). But even with nice springs and valves in the head, I only ever ran it up to 7250. Without headwork and cams spinning faster seems like it's just more stress on an engine.

Haha. It sounds like it was written by this one fat retard on the Evo forums (also named Steve) who does his own ghetto porting and machine work. Dude can't spell to save his life either.

Well now, if you lighted your crankshaft you could go a lot higher than that

True. I'm sure this guy just doesn't have a clue what he is doing to begin with.
