Callaway shooting brake?

Did we really need a Vette answer to the Ferrari FF? By Callaway no less... Not sure it it all works together. The front and the back sort of don't quite fit the same style. Looks OK in profile, but not quite right in that 3/4 view. I mean, it is a cool concept, but...not entirely sure if I'd want to be seen driving it. Guess I'd have to see it in person. It still looks mean and I am sure has more than enough stomp...

i see what you mean. IMO, kinda like the bugeye. where it tapers pretty drastically at the nose. but ya that rear end does not belong with that front end and vice versa.

"shooting brake" is the newest trendiest thing for americans.Everybody is all about shooting brakes from fr-s and beyond. Maybe you will be able to get shooting brakes with wheel spacers and hella flush rims too, just to put the cherry on top.

So ****ing stupid. How about a shooting brake miata?

Shooting brake has been around a long time, but comes and goes in the actual auto industry. By the time they finish the design of one usually, public opinion has already moved on from them again. The BRZ/FRS isn't a shooting brake, it is a coupe. I did find this photoshop though LOL

I think it's pretty sweet actually. Anything that marries super-fun-to-drive with a bit more functionality/utility is all good IMHO. I suppose the haters are the same people that hate on wagons (or pretend to like them but buy their wives/SOs SUVs/CUVs). To each their own :P

I just noticed that they kept the T-top up front. It's like a double mullet, party in the front and party in the back.

Not a fan at all. But I do like how the brakes are set about 500 feet into the wheels.

Wheels? 19x11 and 20x12.5 with a -150et.
