Wow. What is wrong with you?
With many years of riding under my belt, I can tell you that in an accident involving a car, rarely is it the fault of the biker. Ride on two wheels some time and you'll quickly learn that you're a lot more careful and conscientious without a metal cage protecting you. There are of course exceptions (see: squids), which are probably the ones you're basing your ridiculous generalization on.
I can't believe you would wish harm on someone, much less for something ridiculous like you've done above. I say this sincerely: please seek professional help, you have some serious deep-seated problems.

While he could have been moving over for someone taking a picture, unless the biker is hella far into the lane, there's no reason why the WRX should be 3/4 in the oncoming direction's lane.

WRX crossing DY = "douche waffle"
biker going well over 100 cutting into an off ramp after the solid white lines start and cutting of multiple cars and trucks = ???
From the looks of the turn he came out of, he could see the guy and his bike for quite some time, I too would have moved over to give him extra room judging from the lack of a soft shoulder on the opposite side of the road.

The position of that car just doesn't look it could have just come out of that corner like that, if he was cutting corners that hard, he'd have to have been totaly in the wrong lane on the very bottom and if he was setting up for a right hander next and looking at the apex the way the photo taker claims, he would already be turning in to that corner. Not just straddling the centerline.
Just doesn't look like anything other than a courteous driver giving someone on the side of the road some room. And some wienie who thought he was going to make some sort of point on the internet.

I'm a rider who reads BARF and I-club regularly. There are a number of people in the BARF thread who agree that the driver may have been giving room to the photographer. Nobody knows why the driver crossed the DY.

I don't think you can win in this situation.
the person who took the picture would have been mad either way. "douche drove too close to the shoulder and almost hit me" or "he crossed the DY"

i avoid bikers and give them the most space that I can. I'm not about to be the cause of someone's death via my car.
If I'm cruising in the fast lane in stop n go traffic and a biker is coming, I always pull over as far left as I can. In return, I get the V sign.
as for loud choppers and cruisers though...they just purposely love to play with that throttle so I don't do much for them. none of them have ever shown gratitude for me moving...so I don't care about them lol

CA is the only state where this is still legal and its a left over law from when the vast majority of bikes were air-cooled. Now that most bikes have a liquid-cooling systems, over heating is not really a problem. Sure, I'll probably complain if this is taken away, but it won't be a big loss.
Cops can pull a rider over for this if the officer feels they are doing it in a unsafe manner. I imagine they would be charged with reckless driving, but I'm not sure.

Lane splitting is left-over from air cooled bikes, but I feel it is safer (as long as you are doing it in a courteous and safe manner) than sitting in traffic. A lot of people simply fail to see the smaller motorcycle amongst all the huge cars. Even when you're right in front of them.
I split lanes when I ride and I never go ~10mph faster than the traffic around me. Two bikes sharing a lane is certainly better than one car coming on over because they don't see you. Always ride defensively and keep as much space as you can between yourself and the cars out there.

I had one ding dong try to make it between my dually truck and another dually just to bounce off of both trucks.
Every single bike crash I have seen along my commute route has been entirely the fault of bike rider.
Not saying all riders are stupid.
