SO HERE IS THE UPDATE. Apparantly its not covered by my warranty because they found a one inch tooth on the magnet when they drain the fluid. There was also 2 more tooth in the tranny in the case when they opened it. All of them came from 3rd gear. So today i got my car towed from santa cruz to gruppe-s, WAITING FOR THEIR RA GEAR SET i will also be getting new clutch and flywheel and going catless.

I have heard good and bad things about Exedy Organic Clutch Kit and the ACT HD Street Disc Kit. Which one do you think i should get? also which flywheel should i get with either one of these clutch set up.

thanks
dont be a ***** and get a Exedy twin plate/fly wheel combo

RA gear set eh, looks like you took my advice then. You should enjoy it, and be able to abuse that gear set way more then your stock 5 speed.

You doing the Gruppe-S special RA? 1-4 RA and keeping your stock 5th? I would recommend.

because 3 of the teeth were chipped off and they call that abuse. My advisor said there is an updated 1st and 3rd or 02/03 wrx. By common sense this must means that the old ones (in ones in my car) must be crappy. if there is nothing wrong with the gears in our cars right now then why would they have an update? Doesnt make any sense for them to consider it abuse.

That's not cool... seems to me that they will do anything they can to not repair something under warranty.
