I had the Blitz.. it was loud but not as loud as the SARD...
they both are push design so they both give the whoosh sound..
the HKS is a pull design, some say that the pull design is smoother during blow off(IE. engine/car jerking or bucking) compared to the push...
just my 2 cents..
