BEIJING — A Cuban tae kwon do athlete committed one of the biggest breaches of sportsmanship at an Olympics, kicking a referee in the face in anger after he was disqualified from his match Saturday.

I'd kick a dirty ref. in the face any Freakin day! An athlete who trains for the olympic games puts a sh*tload of time and effort,. DQ'ing him and taking possibly a medal from him for not getting medical assistant on time??!!!

The kicker was disqualified for taking too much time on an injury time out. Ref disqualified him after 1 min for not getting up to fight in the match again. I don't blame the kicker for doing that. Crappy rule!

Sigh, don't get me started about stupid W.T.F.-style Taekwondo is. 
I really REALLY hope the IOC drops this so-called "sport" for good: stupid rules, stupid judging, stupid scoring, allegations of no-complaint contracts between the WTF and Olympians, chest-bump "clinching" -- Gahd, I hate WTF.
On another note, that was a pretty crappy kick; it didn't even knock the ref down. I'm serious, if you kick someone in the head and he doesn't even stagger, that's a crappy kick.
