I got into an accident on 11/1/02. While it was raining, I made a sharp right turn and lost control. The car hit a curb and I broke my front suspension. Minimal body damage. The frame is ok too. Basically it should have been a simple fix.

So, I walk into Mike's Autobody today to check on my car. Guess what...it's still sitting in the same damn spot it has been sitting for the past 3-4 weeks. What the hell is going on I ask. "Well sir, we only have 2 technicians that can work on your car, and they're held up on another job right now". Not only that, but my adjuster is a complete moron. All four of my wheels need to be replaced, but he only wrote down 1 wheel. I had to point out the damage to the other rims to him, for him to approve the cost for the other rims. Same for my exhaust. I had to point out the damage, as if he was blind and couldn't see he dents in my muffler and piping.

I have never been to a shop where they lag for almost a month to fix a customer's car. I should have just taken my car to PanelCraft in Berkeley like my friend suggested. What can I do? I want my car fixed, but I don't wanna rush the shop or **** them off, because they might just screw up on it more.

 

My insurance suck just as bad as this shop. They're trying to screw me over on the claim. Being hella cheap about replacing some of my damaged parts, such as exhaust, rims/tires, lights, etc. I think if they don't start fixing my car by the end of this week, I'm taking it to another shop. But will I get charged again for the towing fee?

they did it to me and put my suspension on BACKWARDS. one of the endlinks and a control arm so me and my friend changed it around
