Update on car:
So, looks like it will be done in the 3rd week of DEC, which is pretty decent.
Also, my liveral grille will finally get painted, and also, new graphics.
I also got an $800 settlement (Because my back was injured), and this is for pain and suffering. (I didnt ask, they offered), but then I asked from more money, and they denied me. So I took the 800. heheh

it's cases like this that attack lawyers are called in.
seriously, you may get some injuries further on. but since you signed away any means to get back at them...

There's no fighting this in court to get extra money. You just need to pay a couple of hours of a lawyer's time to draft up a letter saying that you may be subject to further injuries in the future and that $800 is insufficient as a comprehensive settlement. They're trying to seal the case cheaply, but they'll give much more before they let it go to court.
In reality, soft-tissue injury is no joke, because you may still be feeling it a year from, and a few sessions of physical therapy is going to cost way more than $800.

Yeah, you should be wary bout the back... after a mistake while doing lion dance for Chinese New Year (did a stack wrong and popped my back), my back wasn't the same until 6 months later; I'm only 19 and it took me that long to heal!! I can understand how some of the middle age guys whine about their backs never healing. Oh yeah, someone want to fill me on the details of the incident? All I've heard was that some SUV driver hit Dan in the Ohlone parking lot.
