I have personally witnessed a dumbass valet (@ BJ's on De Anza) curbing some guys BMW.

I never let them valet. Or anyone for that matter.

Sedriously, why would you valet at that BJ's...I've been to a few, and the parking at that one is by FAR the easiest and it's the only one I know to have valet...they're trying to capitolize on the silicon valley's yuppies and their kids and it's working...

I have a friend who is a valet and that is pretty standard practice with any valet company.

yeah, I do valet. and we all put the keys on the tires. Its just easier to move the cars around in case cars in the back want to get out. Its not that easy to just take a car and leave

the BJ's on De Anza is pretty packed on Wed/Thur night after work...you pretty much have to let them valet your car. with that said, i drive my beater to places that require valet parking. it's not like my WRX is expensive...i just don't want to deal with any hassle later on b/c of some scratch/scrape/bump/etc.

We should tell them that they're not getting the keys back until they foot the bill for a night of debauchery and alcohol. Then everyone wins.

WTF? That's retarded. BJ's valet is retarded. It shouldn't even be called a valet. It's one thing if they park the car in another lot or even somewhere that's pretty far away, but they don't. I never tip em either. :x
