I guess, but it could help deter those with just a cross bar.

to be honest wheel locks dont do **** except add an extra minute of work for the theives. they are very easy to break off

Yeah, the BART police is supposed to drive around the parking regularly to check on things, but I never see their car move from the front of the BART entrance or the cop go outside the attendant booth.

Lately I feel like they cannot be bothered unless you are in violation of something that they can bust your ***** or write you a ticket for.
