this is at the French Camp Road exit, I5 north, few minutes past tracy now going north
the truck in front of me as well as cars in front of him started slowing down cause there was a sheriff vehicle in far right lane.
the BLACK wrx in the middle lane comes into my video only a few seconds in,
and what do i see? he's like 5 feet behind the red truck in front of him!!!!!

I dont think that is the op. Car in the video/picture you posted up looks to be a 2005 wrx. basing it off the wheels and tail lights. But that doesnt mean he change them.
it's literally the ONLY subaru anywhere in my videos, in the right area just a minute past tracy, and coincidentally within the 9 minute time frame from seeing me and posting this thread
