OP, IIRC Rescuer was on the market, your profile says you're female.
Me thinks our boy was gettin' his flirt on, but you're one of those that gets all uptight?

Wait, I'm sorry, your screen name translates to Level 2 Boost, maybe you're not uptight, you are just ready to go Supersaiyan?

I remember driving to Yosemite with Rescuer and thinking how slow he drove! Granted he did have two kayaks on his car.
If this was about a random/unknown/unpopular i-clubber would this thread look the same? Or would everyone flame the person being called out?

Maybe that's why some of ya stopped talking to me lately?
All that bull**** they try to cram down your throat about "following distance" and "speed kills" is from a bygone era before modern brake systems, modern safety features, things like traction control and airbags.
Would I follow close in my ol 70 nova, HELL NO. That thing took 9000 miles to stop and would just look at a corner and slide into the ditch.
I think the large problem here is all the ****ing retards that took "defensive driving" classes. They are taught to be scared of other cars, that if they go 1mph over 65 they are going to kill a bus full of nuns and orphans. The whole defensive driving model is dangerous to everyone else around said "student"
Depends on what course. I took a pretty fun driving class when I was getting my license that let you drive, drift, and spin out in brand a new 325i. And they didn't necessarily give you the whole "if you're going over the speed limit... You're gonna have a bad time"

If you ask me, today's drivers can use some of that cramming. Average driver is becoming more and more dependent on those "modern systems"...and less and less on their own brain/skill.
