i am new to the forum, saw this forester on 580 East in Tracy with license plate:

HOPE THIS PERSON IS NOT ON THIS FORUM BECAUSE HE WAS SPEEDING AND TAILGATING ... MUST HAVE BEEN GOING TO A RESCUE? LOL

Third on doubting the validity, I can't even see pic and WTF R U taking pics while drivin anyhow? If it's an image capture from a camera, show the video so we can calc-out how fast you were going.

My point is, who the **** cares if he was "speeding" this is CA, we ALL drive 20 over (at least the good drivers do) and tailgating, well **** son. Don't drive in LA, you won't survive if you ain't right on someones bumper at 80.

I must of seen 20 people speeding and tailgating on my 10 mile drive to work today.
Could not take pics of all of then though as I was talking on my phone, tailgating, and speeding.
