+1 for Mike at gruppe-s, I have yet to hear about ANYONE who wasnt completely happy with his tuning and service.

Gruppe-S tuned my car, and will continue to tune my car. 
I have 3 friends cars tuned by EQ Tuning(Ed) and they all pull hard and are a lot of fun to ride in.
Vishnu as well, nothing but good words about them on the boards.

I can also tune at FLI, EIP, or Full Function... all have Mustang AWD dyno's. Also, Davis isn't all that far from the Bay Area... atleast not far enough to pose a problem for most of my customers.
