I didn't mean that you can tune different things, its the way that the UTEC interacts with the ECU that is different. The way it accomplishes what it has to do is different i guess is another way of saying it. I'll see if i can get an explanation from someone over there.

who tunes utec in the bay? and in ca?

 

I've only heard of two names in the Bay Area: Bill Knose and Vishnu (although Vishnu generally recommend a reflash over the UTEC) and Bill also generally supports the reflash for those looking to "set it and forget it".

I'm sure there's more in southern cal.
