can anyone suggest a place to do an install of a turbo back exhaust and fmic? tuning if possible.

It's really hard to beat GST Motorsports for work like this. Mike is arguably the best Subaru tuner in the country.

Mann Engineering in Santa Clara uses Delicious Tuning, who did my FXT and my STI, but Delicious only comes up from SoCal a few times a year. GST is probably your best bet locally.

 

Good thing with Mike's shop, GST, is that they have a dyno so after your new parts are installed he can adjust your map so you extract the most power in a safe way..They will handle the install and the tune in one visit and then will help you out in the future with subsequent installs and tunes when you decide to buy more go faster bits

Great prices too considering Mike is so highly regarded for his tuning skills.
