bay area shop to install secondary air pump block off plates?

Anyone know of a shop still installing the block off plates? If I could get all the associated error codes (for the secondary air pump and solenoids etc) turned off at the same time that would be an added bonus.

I've been a member since 2007. If I am a smog cop then I sure played the long con.

I posted on NASIOC and the suggestion was to take whatever SOA was offering ($500) and get it fixed at the dealer. I would prefer not to shell out the $1700 difference on parts/labor that work for 30 seconds on a cold start. And are poorly designed and will fail again. I'm leaning that way now anyway. Just trying to understand my options.

Why not look at one of the shops that actually makes the plates... have them do it.
