I still think DLH takes this one but I wouldn't bet money on it. I mean in the beginning people were saying "Nobody who knows boxing would pick Pacquiao in this on" now, I dunno we'll see.
Pacquiao is like Roberto Duran all over again. The parallels between him and Duran give me shivers of excitement just thinking about it.

feed pacman food, the stronger and mroe muscle the guy gets, but he not be able to dominate this weight class as much, since they might be able to negate his power.
But still gotta go with the hero.

I just hope DLH is gonna be drained from cutting all that weight, and that his age takes a toll on him.
I'm sorry but the Golden Boy, is a bit tarnished, and sending the PacMan two weight classes to put him against a fighter that is yesterdays news... This is exactly what I can't stand about boxing. It's a freakin' promo. "Dolla Dolla bill yall"

Thats why everyone watches UFC now. BUT if i was betting.. ide put my money on the pacman to knock out yet another latino lol
Oscar has nothing to lose, Pacman has nothing to gain except a few pounds and a few bones. WTF is the point of this fight. Ya know it'd be a freakin shame if Oscar somehow sparked a bit of his greatness and managed to end Pacman's career. Promoters putting money before the sport is exactly why boxing is a sham. This really pisses me off. Thanks Gagan...

This is an old thread about a prior fight that was bumped for the upcoming one. But it's ok, for me it's about Manny. I love Manny, that's all there is too it.
About this fight, well, yeah it's a huge money making promotion, but you have to admit this is going to be the fight of the decade. Manny is going up 1-2 weight classes and DLH is gonna go down 1-2 weight classes (supposedly). You got the guy the best boxer in the world right now, 4 belts in 4 weight classes... he could defend any of those belts given enough time to make the weight. That's amazing.
There is nothing amazing about DLH right now. He's a great guy, i like him, but it's time to bow out already. He's definitely older now.
With this fight it's weight and size vs. speed. I think it's a good match up, but yeah, the promotion is getting out of hand, but that's to be expected.
This fight will break PPV event records!
