Bay Area Pacman fans?!
http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/the...wants_pacquiao
RIGHT after the fight he calls his sister who is there watchin DLH vs Pacquiao and says he wants back in the ring with his dad by his side.
He wont miss out on the big $$.
He technically came outta retirement to drop an undefeated Hatton via TKO.
He'll do it again.
You become a legend by beating the top fighters, and Pacquiao is being named a Pound for Pound fighter.
He's fast (as in no one he's fought has matched his speed).
Pacquiao is fast, no one has been able to catch up with his speed.
Cocky vs. Cool
uncontested speed vs uncontested speed
$$ For both, and a place to call yourself a legend...
IMO Mayweather Jr. has proved himself the Hero killer, and I will bet someone here that when they fight, Mayweather Jr. drops Pacman in a TKO.
If you recalled Hatton has more energy than most fighters, and in the 10th round Mayweather Jr. laid him out in front of all his chanting/singing fans of Britain and that's enough to show his power.

I'm saving my $60 for this one, but I'll call Mayweather Jr. > Pacman in the late rounds. Mayweather Jr. has more power, and I believe his defense is ungodly. Mayweather Jr. > Pacman is my call.

Mayweather has not been proven, yes his undefeated but all he has ever fought are no name fighters
if you say Dela Hoya and Hatton two big name
while its true Dela Hoya is a big name, but he already washed up fighter when he faced Mayweather,
as for Hatton, who the **** is Hatton? sure his undefeated before he faced Mayweather but who the hell is he? has he defeated any big name? i dont know why people are giving Hatton too much credit, when is just like Mayweather, both untested,
as for Pacman, i actually know quite a bit about his career, been keeping an eye since 1998 when he was dubbed as " MikeTyson of the fly weight "
its funny how you comment that Pacman is uncontested,
dont you know about Morales? Marquez? Barrera?
all 3 are future hall of fame, Pacman defeated and knocked all of them down,
yet you still think Pacman is uncontested? hahaha
his proven him self more than Mayweather has
so ill take on your money bet, how about 150 bucks? if this fight happens
-------
i won 150 bucks off this Pacman vs Hoya fight.
i already knew it was just all about the money,
i mean come on Pacman went up 3 division in 6 months, Hoya hasnt fought 147lb since 2001,

should be a good fight.... but i think mayweather might take this one because he is a good defender. Although he didn't do anything to DLH and Pacman made him QUIT..... I am a Pacman fan all the way, but mayweather is too quick. Either way both of them will be getting $$$.....

And you think Hatton took on no-names? What about Kostya Tszyu? Jose Luis Castillo? Vince Phillips?
Pacman is a great fighter, but your forgetting that Marquez drew once with Manny and the second fight was too close to call for most people. Morales beat him in their first fight.
Your deifinition of 'no-name' fighters is laughable...but perhaps their just 'no-name' to you because you don't follow the sport closely.
If you think Manny is going to walk through Hatton or Floyd your being delusional.

Mayweather hasn't proven himself? He's only won belts at 5 different weight classes beating the best in the weight class. He might have not been tested in much of his fights because he makes the fight look extremely easy with his speed.
Mayweather has already made it to the hall of fame, he wants to be a legend, and you do that by rising up to fight the best at their best. Hatton was the best, as his record showed and he dropped him.
Sure Pacman has beat some pretty good fighters, but those fighters are not as strong or as fast as Mayweather Jr.
It'll be a good fight, but I still see Mayweather bein the Hero killer n' winning against Pacman.
And it's fine that he waited a couple of years, I think he had to wait for someone big to do something to be of any real challenge for him.

Pacman fans shouldn't get too excited after watching Manny beat a de-hydrated, old man Oscar
Hatton is unbeaten at 140lbs and will attack Manny like a pitbull for a full 12 rounds..
It's going to be a great fight

Mayweather untested and unproven and both Mayweather and Hatton fought no namers?? Someone doesn't know their **** from their elbow about boxing!
I think this will be a great fight, I personally don't think Hatton has the tools to take out Manny but I know I will be cheering him on anyway.
