The more I read this thread, the more it reminds me of a Camero forum I used to be on back in the eighties.
Well, for some reason, after a similiar thread like this was up, just about every Camero in the bay area got pulled over for doing nothing and got harrassed.
Well, lets see.. Everyone is getting pulled over now and getting reffed. Granted it has something to do with the economy. But you fellas/gals also have to understand that it isn't just us Suby driver's reading these threads. When threads like this are read by a peace officer, it's like a look out and whatnot for something usually illegal. This in turn prompts them to be suspicious and puts us into a street racing frame of mind in their minds.
I say Mods please move this thread to the dumpster.

that means the whole forum should be shut down. it is all about mods and the crazy things people do to their cars. how can just this thread make cops go after us. look around everywhere.
they should remove all the nonexistent members out and make a member only site where no guests can view, only members, everyone knows everyone on here mostly and should be stricter guidelines to becoming a member, like a photo of yourself in your subie lol

yes, that i can agree with. also we're not car racers or people that are breaking the law out there being the worst. we're just bunch of suby owners who love their cars. the cop sighting is a big thing and there are even websites that specialize in those as you can read the whole thread. it has nothing to do with whatever car you drive.

be careful. there is a motorcycle cop you 580 west in livermore hiding on the on-ramp. i see him pulling people off all the time and saw him today again.

what is up with 680 near crow canyon exit? i saw 4 cars pulled over today 2 by motorcycle cops and 2 by cars... what is going on with all the cops all over?

Lots of cops today in Pleasanton/Dublin/Livermore on 580. be careful and I think it has something to do with the new laws of where you put the Nav unit.
