SO, we using the actual gates this year? Or doing the single file through the outfield wall again?

 

IIRC, there were multiple lines once you got to the gate but everyone was lined up at first one until they realized that there were other lines or were on the wrong one.

 

We want one point of entry, but yes, there should have been multiple lines. Part of the problem was that there were vendors who showed a bit late and people who showed too early. This year we've separated that a bit more to allow for a smoother entry, I mean, it was our first time there. Now we have an idea of the flow.

 

Yup first time at a new location, just have to work with what you've got and learn from it for the next year.

This year should be smoother than last

 

Equally important... we have some ideas working around reducing the time it takes to run the raffle. Might do small raffles throughout the day instead of one long drawn out one at the end.

 

lol, yea raffle took like almost 2 hrs last year?

If I remember correctly from last year, they were not allowed.
