That was lame, first I thought it broke then I noticed it is just the area where the hang out is. It was never repaired because it was never broken in the first place.

Im sure you can complain to the city about it being unsafe or something

Most parking lots keep the lights on, so drug deals won't happen or to prevent rape and stuff cuz it's easier to see.. so start dealing drugs and raping people, and they'll turn back on
