Big O Bastards!

Alright, here's the story.
3 weeks ago i took my car into Big O in auburn, because since I put on my P1s, the car has been pulling to the right VERY hard - so of course i took it in to get an allignment check. I get in there and they tell me "alright, should be ready in 1 hour!". Cool. So me and my girlfriend amble about downtown auburn for a little over an hour and when i come back, my car hasnt even moved! So i go in and ask the guy, and they had obviously forgot. So they scramble around for a while and assure me that they will get right on it. Cool, im a little mad, but its ok - these guys work harder than i do. Anyway, they must only look at the car for 15 minutes before the guy tells me that my alighnment is fine, and its probably a tire pull, and it will fix itself.
Crap, ok, thanks.
Anyway, the pull never left, so just today i switched out the tires, front to back and sure enough the pull is still there, like nothing has changed. Now im pissed.
Am I pissed for a good reason? What does it sound like to you guys?

Adjust your tire pressures first, try giving it more tire pressure. Then if not, call Clarkes Frame here in Roseville and have them give you an alignment. He does all of Barsotti's cars, ive had two alignments there he gets it perfect.
