Just keep the votes and comments coming - I'm watching this thread carefully. I'm not sure if I want it stickied or not, since a sticky usually gets ignored...

You can always have a Portable Toilet company put in some for the day.

+1 for Treasure Island if it could be made to work.

Better weather, better views, all in all better than some dustbowl in the middle of Aug.

Sounds about typical minus the bathroom thing! I don't know what we'd do... People HATE porto-bathrooms. No handwashing stations either (as Holland pointed out), so that just makes the fee that much more expensive to run, so you guys are starting to look at $15 a head at LEAST with food. No $5 BS, there's no way. (That's just a rough projection based off past experiences, Roo may know a better way as he is taking over the event in case you didnt know)

We could invite some of the Bay Area's best food trucks to cater the event. I think their minimums are in the $650-700 range. A taco truck or two could make a pretty penny at an event like BAM. Plus you hand off a HUGE part of planning/overhead to a third party.

I just reserved el tonayese taco truck for my dad's bday party. Minimum is $650 for 3 hours. We pay balance if he doesn't reach minimum. Not too bad.

Port-o-lets aren't too bad...unless you're a germaphobe like me. You would probably need 4-6 units plus a handwashing station. nothing too crazy. Or if we can manage it: http://www.unitedsiteservices.com/re...iler-good.html
