No, I'm not placing this poll up here to see who you're bringing to BAM. We'd like to know what day works best for everyone, so we can rent a space when we can have the most participants.
BTW, I'm working out locations, but suffice it to say, everyone's going to complain how far they have to drive - because we're working on finding a location that's equally distant from Santa Rosa, Sacramento and San Jose.

Roo, if you run into any roadblocks or need advice on how to do ANYTHING at all, please give me a call and I'll be glad to help you out.
A location in between everyone would be ideal, perhaps this year it can be a little closer to the South Bay so we're friendlier to the folks in the South bay as well as South CA. We've had it in the North Bay for 2 years in a row, and each time it was about 1 3/4 hours to get there, not that I'm complaining but I know a few others sure have made themselves vocal on the subject.
My best piece of advice is to ignore all negative feedback (Don't take it personally I mean, but learn from it) everyone and do what is right and what will benefit the club in every way possible. P

BTW, lets make sure there are not Auto-X's or race days that fall on the same day. All 10 years it's been inbetween July 12th and Sept, I think August is great but it gets f'ing HOT. We always do it on Sundays too.

August is tight for me. The girlfriend is finishing her transcontinental bike ride the first weekend and the next weekend or weekend after I have to fly the service dog back to KS to complete her training.
I picked "whenever" since I can either make it or not... depends entirely on how the cookie crumbles come august.

Later is better because of temperatures but I'll make it regardless. Thanks to all who are keeping this going! And to those that have organized in the past.

Our birthday's fall on Saturday and Sunday. Should hit up the cabin, do some golfing.
