Why not september? It's a bit cooler in Sept.

Its just about 2 hours from Sac driving about the speed limit and no traffic.

But thats not counting people coming from Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn ect ect that are 20+ mins further from Sac.

It's really not that far at all. My run in from Watsonville is at least that long.

All these guys need to suck it up. For me BAM is as much about the drive out with my friends as it is the day out there.

Considering Sacramento isn't part of the "Bay Area", I would think their complaining would fall on deaf ears . Everyone from the South Bay drove to Novato the last two years and it was fine. Again, treasure island is THE most central location in the Bay AFAIC. Whether there is a place big enough or even available is another question.

No go on the 28th then for sure. That's a "Major" event, Modest Mioke.

Yeah it takes me 2 and a half hours to get to SF, but if we caravan it makes the drive more bearable. Plus you're typically with friends.

DO IT!

In regards to those coming from far away, I'll be coming from about 80 minutes above sac town. I think for us up here either we're coming or not. For me personally after the first hour it all blends together so another 20+ minutes is irrelevant as far as what part of the bay we have to drive to. But thats just me...

Not that i'm biased or anything but Sac is right in the middle of the Bay Area & Stockton. Gas is the true enemy nowadays, but either way i'm gonna try my damnest to make it when/wherever it may be. I also think Saturday would be the best day overall cuz of Monday might being a work day for many if it's on Sunday. I believe end of July or beginning of August would work best cuz there ain't any holidays or school starting at those times. I haven't been to one yet, but i'm always dreaming of going to a Norcal super meet-hell yeah baby!
