Hey, Jenelle. I PM'd you to recruit you onto the lunch service crew. Lemme know if that would interest you since the Tee&Hoody Distro team is set.

I sent PM's to volunteers from past BAM's.

We still need help!

LOTS of roster spots to fill. We need at least another 5-6 on the lunch service crew, 4-5 on the grills, and maybe 2-3 for the "during-the-event" clean-up crew.

I know the org crew & the volunteers already helping in one area can fill in if necessary. But this awesome event isn't without fresh willing & able members to lend a helping hand.

Please help get the word out. Thanks.

Volunteer bump. I'll be doing lots of different things, doesn't mean some new (and old!) faces can't lend a hand too. Biggest BAM yet needs an equally big volunteer turn out...!

Thanks so much, Brian. I'll check with Scott, but looks like you're just the person we need to float btwn both crews as needed.

No worries, mon! According last yr's volunteer sign-up thread, it looks like Brian manned the grills w/ y'all. Aside fr other things he helped with the year before, he was Johnny-on-the-spot keeping the drink coolers well stocked & monitored!

Grateful to have him on board again this year!

And if y'all need a bit of incentive outside of just being an awesome individual for volunteering, from the main BAM thread...

I'm interested in volunteering for the grill service, and my fiance can help out with lunch service. However I missed the pre-registration deadline so how will that work?

Also, how early will we need to be there by?

Thanks
