All vendors and volunteers get access to the special hoody. I usually do some kind of special item but they've been a big issue lately and we're behind a little bit on timing. That and apparently no one else likes windbreakers. LOL!
So this years volunteer item is a zip up hoody... so you get to be part of the event and you get to order the special hoody at no additional cost over the regular one.
So $35 for the zip up. Pre-order only.
The goal is for it to be dark heather... like the shirt. But if I can't get the exact color I want they'll be on black zip ups. Probably the same ones we used last year. So if you order one you'll have to be o.k. with gray or black.
I don't want to do the light gray we've done in the past or the charcoal. It's got to be a nice dark heather.
So yeah... volunteers... feel free to order away. When you order just say VOLUNTEER ZIP UP on the details section and pay your $35.
If you're not a volunteer and I catch you trying to order it we'll just consider that $35 a donation.... I will have lists.
Volunteer team leads... you'll have access to an even more limited edition staff only colorway for the shirt. We'll order a handful of extra ones to give to volunteers that are going above and beyond.
Currently those are limited to
Justin (security)
Gagan (facilities)
Ray (vendors/raffle)
Jamison (raffle/trophies/etc)
Matt (car show)
Heedz (parking)
John (swag)
We'll likely add one for entry gate and one for food.

I'll be out late the night before, but I am good to go for this year to do Check-In again (along with my awesome volunteer staff).
I'm going to charge up and bring my laptop with me this year, but still hopefully someone can get me the Pre-Paid Check-In List (either a print-out at the event or a soft copy via the Thursday before the event then I can print out copies to bring with me).
Do we have the supplies from last year (Tables, chairs, canopy, markers, tickets, counters, cash box) or will we need to pick up new stuff this year?

Not sure yet but they'll either be Dark Heather or Black.
Shirts... shirts are the same.
The team leads will get the special shirts and those are the same cost. $15. But those are for the team leads only.

Extended the shirt order people. Get your orders in now or forever hold your peace.
Vendors and volunteers can order a special zip up sweatshirt at no additional cost. Means we're eating that for you because we love you.
It's a very dark gray... near black heather zip up hoody. It's dope. I'm ordering 1 for myself.
$35.
When you put your order in just specify that you want the vendor zip up. Only you guys are gonna get them... so you'll have one of 30 or so in existence. That's pretty rad.
Bright *** green huck skull on the sleeve too. Wut!

As always, how do these fit? Is a Large like an Extra Large of the past, which seems to be the trend with all of the clothing I am buying this year ('MURICA!)

It's all pretty standard. I'm a borderline xl/xxl and I'll be order xxl pieces.
They're not slim fit so no need to get crazy. I'd order what you usually wear.
