Concentrate on your timing. Yes, it will come with time because of experience. During training if you feel as though you're using to much strength switch to something else or change your angle so that you are using less energy, who cares if you get caught in a bad positon you probably need to work on that anyways and if you get tapped SO WHAT its training, you should be. It's all about mat time. Running, swimming, etc definitely helps. Hope this helps

no secrete... just keep traininn and your body will get used to it. Also pase yourself while sparring no need to go all out. Pick your kick and punches smartly and dont over do it!
