Freggin' uber dope!!! D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G

Still amazed at "rubber-neckers" and how much they trust the drivers to stay on course... I mean seriously how many get hit from rally racers?!

I'd say more often than not.

I love how this is a pure sound video. Not some Initial D music ruined video.

YES. Never forget that rim digging it's spokes into the ground.

Awesome post, thanks. Is it wrong to have a tear in my eye at the end?

My hero. May you rest in peace for you were taken too soon.

On a similarly sweet note, Alister McRae, Colin's younger brother, finished the final stage of day one of the 2000 Acropolis Rally that my wife and were spectating at on two rims (both front tires were ripped from the wheels). I'm not sure how long/far he "drove" like that, but he did make it to the end of that stage, only to retire. Just an unbelievable sight.

Oh, and Colin won that rally!!! Here's a pic I snapped at the end of the final stage of the rally He battled Sainz the entire day and the outcome of the rally was only determined on the last stage as Sainz was under team orders to "hold off" which he did not

+1

I thought I was the only one with a tear or two in my eye after watching that! So relieved I'm not alone...

You'd probably have an orgasm too if Colin took you for a "full tilt" outing in any of his many rally cars
