$1350 a month in milpitas. 2bedroom/2bath. Covered parking. Storage. Washer/dryer. Etc. Decent place but I can't afford it anymore. I carry $800 of it and they're gonna raise our rent again in a couple weeks.

I've seen places ranging from $900-2700 for 2 bedrooms located between Fremont and Santa Clara.

Seems to me the best way to go is 3 bedrooms. I've seen some nice 3 bedroom townhouses going for like $12-1600 in the area. I just can't find a damn 3rd room mate that's not an asshat.

I have to find a new place to live in the next month.

 

1100 a month 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment w/ 2 car garage in Oakland

 

$1400 for a small 2bd/1ba duplex in Willow Glen. Have a garage but it is too small to park in.

 

Yeah man, I can't believe you put with that commute as long as you did. I'm smack dab in the middle of finals right now, but when I'm done we should get some of the wc and ph locals out to pyramid for a few pints. I guess we'll have to invite zoeb too.

Yeah it gets old after about a year. However, it is fun until then

I mean, reason is is after your graduate from college you are just itching to retain that college life style you know? Like, you realize it won't last but you don't want it to continue. So IMHO it's worth doing just to let the feeling burn itself out.

 

In my case I'm itching to get away from idiot roommates and get a real life. Sometimes I really wonder if there are any normal people in this world...
