I bought a used 99 Outback from Stevens Creek Auto Imports in San Jose a few months ago. I made the mistake of believing that they had inspected it and not having it checked before buying it. BIG MISTAKE. It ran well when I bought it but immediately afterwards I found major problems including a blown head gasket and oil leaks and a faulty water pump. I had to spend $3000 to get everything repaired so it would run OK. I know I didn't buy a warranty and I didn't have any legal case but they made NO effort to make things right. DON'T TRUST THEM.

 

I can't believe those jerk offs at Steven's Creep are still in business.
