It's a drive. I hear it is big and in some cases, you can hit triple digits, but yeah... very far drive.

It's not too far...Less than an hour and a half drive within the limit, towing a trailer from Hayward.

Really? I always thought it was more than that. Maybe during the regular season then. I think I am tied up that weekend with something else.

Yep...I think it's even closer than Marina (Monterey). You're there before you know it. It seems far because it's in the middle of nowhere. So it's always wise to bring a cooler, folding chair and FOOD... There's Sonic Burgers on the way though

Let me take a look online. I didn't mind the drive from Fremont to Marina. It was kind of a relaxing drive. About 2 hours from Fremont or Davis. That wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Maybe I can carpool with someone sometime. It is just hard for me to drive 2 hours, especially when it is in the morning when I am still have asleep.

My bad...Atwater is 6 miles further, from my house at least. It takes me a longer time to get to Monterey, because my house is along 580/Castro Valley and I have to weave through 238/880/101 and traffic on 156, unlike Atwater...it's all freeway.

So do I...If I'm bringing the Civic, I have to trailer it down there...or drive the Sti..Either way, I'll be stuck with the gas bill

*Anyone interested in co-driving and splitting the cost?

I wouldn't mind co-driving, but you have to remember that my experience with sticks are very very limited.

JKJK. Maybe next time at Castle.

Red face

I'd love to co-drive, Irv, but then I'd still have to drive over there.
BTW, your buddy Mike Livelo says hi.

Sure, no prob. I'll post a few days before the event if it's a go. You know how it is, especially in this market, I have to be available for work at all times... Mike? What's he up to? Anyway, send my regards...

* Seriously, I'm bad with names. I don't remember him
