We all did pretty well. There were 3 of us driving Soren's car: Me, Judd, and Soren. My best time was 42.8 from a 46, and the 2 guys got a 39-something each.

Holy crap, lotta body roll with those stock struts
. If I end up running the car more in slush, I need to get the coilovers back in.
Congrats to Gagan on winning STX today. Beat me by 0.01 seconds (yes, 1/100th of a second!).
One of the best GGF courses we have had in a long time!

Suspension woulda helped for sure, but I still had a lot more HP than your car today and couldn't pull out the time.
Car handles, ummm, "interesting" with that much body roll. I had enough rear bar on the car to at least get it to rotate, but there was a fairly fine line between on-throttle understeer (badly) and lift throttle BIG oversteer. Made the back sweeper and into that slalom a heckuva challenge to get even close to right
Need to find out if Tein makes different threaded spacer nuts for their tophats.....the tophats I picked up have "coilover" (14mm) threads in them, but the Whiteline G4s have 12x1.5mm threads on them. If they make them, great. If not, I'll improvise/fabricate something and MAKE it work

Oh yeah....took the long/scenic route home today down Hwy 1 and Hwy 84. On 84, I ended up right behind a bright yellow Porsche Carrera GT. WOW!

You can use Cusco tophats which come with the 12x1.5mm.

This was the first auto-x event I actually attended so far. Loved riding shotty in Jon's L around the course. I'm gonna try and get my car out to one of these soon when its completed.

I can save you the hassle on that, they don't.

OK Mike, next question....do y'all have the Cusco top hats in stock or know anyone that does? I wanted them a couple months ago, but got the Teins because I couldn't find the Cuscos in stock anywhere....
