Hopefully, I won't get stuck on course like I did today. I was at the one in Stockton, and the group that I was working, there were these 3 Corvette's that were taking their sweet time. Like... the rest of the grid finished up, and then we were down to these three cars. Multiple drivers each. And they decided... hey... let's tweak our cars. So... they let their engines and tires cool down between every run. EVERY run. In a 30 minute period, we had like... two runs, at two cars a run... yeah...

Those were either the A-stock or BSP C4 vettes. Those vettes are known to overheat in autox. Besides, 2 of those vettes have a couple National championships under their belts. We ran behind one of those today (3 drivers in the DSP 2.5RS). I wish we waited as long as they did between runs because my last 2 runs were rushed and the tires went greasy.

I thought there could get 5 minutes in between runs... any longer, someone should have said something. also, it's possibly the grid working didn't know they were 3 drivers cars?

I dunno... all I knew was that the work group was standing out there a lot longer than they should have.

Yeah. It was awesome. First time screwing around with the coilovers. It was great. Sliding around and everything.
